So you've forgotten how to brush your teeth...then turn back...

Every aspect of this demonic culture, which pretends to be progressive and developed, is actually destruction!

How many people had diabetes before 1990? How many people suffered from hypertension? Since the 1990s, every household has a diabetic and high blood pressure patient. Why? There are many reasons, of which the change in our diet is the most significant.

During that period of change, one very important thing was lost. Do you know what it is? Toothbrushes. In rural areas, people can still be seen using toothbrushes, but in cities, toothbrushes have become a symbol of backwardness.

In rural areas, patients with diabetes and hypertension are rarely seen or almost nonexistent. The reason is clear: most people still use toothbrushes.  So, what's the connection between diabetes and high blood pressure and toothbrushes? So, today your mind will be blown...and then think about what we've lost and what we've gained.

These toothpastes and mouthwashes that are coming to the market, claiming to kill 99.9% of microorganisms, have created this whole situation.

These mouthwashes and toothpastes are extremely strong antimicrobials and can actually kill more than 99% of the microorganisms in our mouth. Their killing power is so powerful that they even eliminate the bacteria in our saliva, the same bacteria that help convert nitrate (NO3-) in our body into nitrite (NO2-) and subsequently nitric oxide (NO).

As soon as nitric oxide is depleted in our body, blood pressure increases.  I'm not saying this; research studies from around the world show that a decrease in nitric oxide is responsible for increased blood pressure.

A review article titled "Nitric Oxide in Hypertension" published in the Journal of Clinical Hypertension (2004) details this, and this decrease in nitric oxide is also responsible for insulin resistance.

Do you understand the trick?

How can nitric oxide increase when the bacteria that produce it are being destroyed? In 2018, a study was actually published in the British Dental Journal, titled "Mouthwash Use and Risk of Diabetes."

This study followed people who used mouthwash at least twice a day for three years, and found that more than 50% of them developed pre-diabetes or diabetes.

Now, tell me, what should I do?

How much mouthwash will you use?

How much toothpaste will you buy that kills microorganisms?

Your entire body is being harmed by worrying about your teeth. Datuns are widely used in rural areas, and these datuns only remove bad breath but don't eliminate all bacteria.

Tribals don't even know what toothpaste and toothbrushes are.

A clinical study on acacia and neem datuns published in the Journal of Clinical Diagnosis and Research showed that both are extremely effective in inhibiting the growth of Streptococcus mutans.

This is the same bacteria that causes tooth decay and cavities. Microorganisms that produce nitric oxide, such as Actinomycetes, Neisseria, Chalcedony, and Veillonella, are immune to datuns because they don't contain the harsh chemical compounds found in mouthwashes and toothpastes.
